Week 4, wow soo fast i've been in ABB for a month.
This morning, I have continued with the calling list with Jason. In total, I have 31 pages of contacts to call today. Sok Yee followed up with the calls I have made and she send the re-e-invites to the clients.
Today, I also have some complaints. For instance, one client heard it is calling from ABB, he was so agitated and insisted that why there a need to invite to attend the event, moreover their company do not use ABB products or any associated contacts with ABB. Another lady was saying if clients have no response from the email, therefore meant silence not attending the event either ignored the email.
Making phone calls to clients also have to know when during certain timings.Best timing like 9am to 11.45am and after lunch time from 2pm to 4.30pm
