There are 3 different counter for different category. 
The registration counter A to C 
For the walk-in customer, they have to fill in the form which I'm the person in charge and my colleagues to hand them a goodies bag and their tag.

The overall of the registration was pretty well-received.
we managed to achieve the Key Performance Index(KPI) not more than 5 person in the queue.
I and Nazreen on duty.
We also make sure all the customer in the correct queue receiving their tags.
