Had lunch at the staff corner with the customer. After the lunch, some of the customer would like to visit the Drives Service Workshop, hence I following together with them.
Leong was introducing the procedures and process to the customers and myself.
Aftermath, event over have to went up to the customer centre and staff corner to pack up. Things like goodies bag, coffee and sweets and sweet bowl and sockets and etc.
Pack and clean up all the items and gave the brochures and goodies bag to lynette and Philip Ng in the LV drives dept until 4pm plus. Keep all the things before knock off.
