Day 64
Yesterday completed with the presentation slides for the Panel builder. Michelle holds a meeting with Matthew and Zheng Yu to discuss about the survey conducted previously. Zheng Yu dragged Healey Pang to join in the meeting. He is a new boss from LVP. It took about 45 minutes presentation. He prompted consequent questions which he did not know what is the actual plan and what is going on. He gave a lot suggestions on getting very detail feedback from the customer. Which I think as a neutral party conducting the survey. It merely data analysis and how ABB stands and certain areas, room for improvement. I think he should read up the excel of the details collected from the customer. I am able to understand this can helps to improve the management but still it still a gap there which we are not very close with the customers.
Next week is the 2nd Bi-monthly report submission. Which i am very busy the following week with events, teambuilding, ABB Dinner & Dance 2009, AP60mins cum x'mas party.
