We learnt: The Electronic Starters: Softstarters and Variable Speed Drives (VSD). How the soft start & soft stop a motor, what the benefits of the softstarters application as well as to replace the Rheostat Resistor.
For connection/wiring up: Softstarter and VSD, 3 coil Autotransformer. How to select the right motor starter is also based on the graph of how the starter can varies on the load of the application.
The training is abit dry and lots of hands-on so as to really see and understand of the usage of the products(starters).
Around 3pm, I have left the office to go back school to take napfa.
